Hello, and welcome to my private practice. I work primarily with children and teens to understand their experiences and to help improve the way they learn, grow, and adapt — not just in school but across all facets of their lives.

RESEARCH
Complementing my developmental approach to clinical practice, I study individual differences and how they emerge in children. My recent research examines personality traits and everyday creative behaviors of young people with advanced intellectual abilities. I have also worked on research studies examining the neurocognitive changes affecting children with serious illnesses.
LICENSURE
PERSONAL I've always been fascinated by the human mind, the diversity of our lives, and the emergence of individual differences. I'm a long-time Bay Area resident and mom to two lovely teens, who have helped shape my thinking about learning, growth, and the magic of childhood. Prior to becoming a psychologist, I had the pleasure of working alongside creative individuals at some of Silicon Valley's most innovative technology firms. I welcome the opportunity to hear about your experiences and to help you with your concerns. |
